The CAD
Police tools
These are in the Police CAD only. Fire and DOT cannot see or use them.
#Lookup
Type a name, Roblox ID or plate. For a person you get their Roblox profile, whether they are in the server and on which team, linked Discord accounts, departments and ranks, cars, their civilian ID and registered cars (if they made a citizen), warrants, BOLOs, records, and their moderation history (how many cases and the latest five). For a plate you get who it is registered to, where it has been read, its BOLOs and its records. Warrants and BOLOs show up in red.
#BOLOs
A BOLO tells units to look out for a person or a vehicle (plate, vehicle, description, and why). Officers post and clear them. A BOLO that a car's owner posts by reporting it stolen from their phone is marked Owner report.
#Warrants
A dispatcher adds a warrant for a person with the charges and details, from the CAD or from the Warrants tab of the MDT (press Issue warrant, or press it on a person you have just looked up). Officers serve it, and a dispatcher can recall it, in the CAD or the MDT. Writing an arrest record for someone serves their active warrants for you (untick that to leave them).
#Records
Officers write citations (with a fine), arrests (with a fine and jail time up to 24 hours) and warnings, with charges picked from a list or typed, the place, the plate and a narrative, and can attach a call. They are searchable and show in the lookup. A dispatcher can void a record that was a mistake.
#Flock cameras
A dispatcher places a Flock camera on the map with a name and a range. When a car whose owner is in that range drives past, the camera reads its plate (once every three minutes for the same car). Each camera shows its last reads, a live map of its area with the people in range, and the last 100 plates it read. If a read matches an active vehicle BOLO, the camera lights up, the Dispatch radio channel gets a message, and a workflow can run on it.
#Body cams
Pick a unit to follow them on the map with a body cam style view: their place, their status, the trail they just drove, and everyone within 250 studs with any warrant or BOLO flags. ER:LC does not share video from the game, so this is the map following the officer, updated with each refresh from the server.
