Developer program

Build on Uplink. Make apps that run on the Uplink phone, or read and run a server you admin from your own bot. Everything happens on the developer portal at uplinkrblx.xyz/developer-portal.

#Two programs

You apply for each program on its own. Being approved for one does not give you the other.

#How it works

  1. Apply. Tell Uplink who you are and what you want to build on the Apply page. More about applying.
  2. Get approved. An Uplink owner reads every application. The Uplink API bot messages you on Discord with the answer, and the portal updates too.
  3. Build and test in Studio. Import your code, run it from the terminal and install it on the simulated UplinkOS test phone. More about Studio.
  4. Submit. Package your project from Studio or upload it yourself, fill in the five steps and send it for review. More about submitting.
  5. Go live. Approved apps appear under From developers in the UplinkOS App Store, on every server that uses Uplink.
An UplinkOS app is a web page. It opens full screen inside the Uplink phone, under a bar with its name. If you can build a web page, you can build an app.
