Custom notifications

On the Notifications page an admin picks an event, a channel, an optional role to ping, and writes the message. It is posted as a card, or as plain text if you prefer. Send a test posts it with made-up values so you can see how it looks.

• Events: a ban, an unban, a ban lifted by itself, a kick, a warning, a jail, any new case, a session starting or ending, a session poll getting its votes, someone bans or kicks many players, a mass ban being undone, and someone joining, leaving, or being promoted or demoted in a department.
• Words in braces such as {player}, {reason}, {staff} and {case} are filled in. The page lists which ones each event has.
• Names and reasons cannot ping anyone. Only the role you pick for that notification is pinged.
