Temporary bans and custom log types

When a moderator bans someone from the dashboard, or with /case ban days:7, they can choose how long it lasts. Uplink bans the player in the game, and when the time is up it lifts the ban by itself and saves an "unban" case marked as automatic. A normal ban never expires. In Settings, admins can also add their own log types, such as "Verbal warning". They are saved on the player's record like a note, and nothing is sent in the game.
