Using Uplink
Import from Melonly
An admin can bring a server's moderation logs over from Melonly on the Import page. In Melonly, make an API token under Settings, Panel, Server API Tokens, paste it on the page, and Uplink reads the logs once to show what it found. Melonly numbers its log types without saying which is which, so you choose what each one becomes (warn, kick, ban, note, or a type of your own) after reading a few examples.
- Every imported log becomes a case with its original date and reason, numbered after your latest case. Nothing is sent to the game and nobody is told.
- Bans that are still active go on the ban list, so those players are kicked when they join. Bans that already ended stay as history. You can switch this off.
- The token is used for the import and is not saved. A log is never imported twice, and Remove the imported logs takes an import back without touching cases your staff made.
