Using Uplink
Linking Roblox
Uplink gets Roblox accounts from Bloxlink. A player verifies with Bloxlink first (on its website, or with its bot), then links once on the link page or with /link in Discord. After that, staff can see which Discord member is behind an in-game name.
Bloxlink keys belong to one Discord server and only answer for its members, with the Bloxlink bot in that server. So for your members to link, an admin copies the server's key from the Bloxlink dashboard and pastes it in Settings under Bloxlink key. Uplink checks it before saving. Everything except these name lookups works without it. Uplink never sees a Roblox password.
Sign in with Roblox. When the link page shows a Sign in with Roblox button, you can link without Bloxlink: you log in on Roblox's own page, it tells Uplink which account you are, and Uplink never sees your password. Either way, the account you link is the one your cases and shifts are matched to.
