Using Uplink

Staff discipline

Admins record infractions, strikes, suspensions and terminations for staff on the Discipline page, with one-click presets that they can change. The staff member gets a private message from the bot with the reason. Only admins can see this page. When a staff member reaches the strike limit (three by default), Uplink records a termination and tells the alerts channel. It cannot remove their Discord roles, so an admin does that.
